As a New Nonprofit we are learning new things everyday.  But with our team spirit and strong desire to help we are excited to take this journey and help as many people as possible.

* Reconstruct declining neighborhoods via collaborations of public/private investments to promote positive behavior and self-awareness;

* Construct, maintain and increase the amount of affordable housing for both tenants and owners through comprehensive property rehabilitation programs and education;

* Promote the idea of higher education, homeownership with financial support, homebuyer/s education via classes, forums, online, and the renovation/construction of affordable units;

* Provide access to programs that promote self-sufficiency for those with special needs, including the homeless, elderly and the physically and mentally challenged;
